On October 31, 2002, a Notice of Violation was issued for three Severity Level III violations involving the failure to: (1) properly supervise individuals working with licensed radioactive materials, (2) employ an individual to perform the duties of the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), and (3) notify the NRC regarding a change in the company's ownership.
